What to do if you get a ticket:

  • All Fines may be mailed to the above address or paid in person by cashier's check or money order - NO PERSONAL CHECKS

  • You must appear in Municipal Court on the date shown on the front of the citation/"notice to appear" if you intend to lead "NOT GUILTY"

  • You may plead "Guilty" or "No Contest" and pay an established fine at the court, or you may mail the fine, together with your copy of the citation to the court.

  • Payment must be received on or before the court appearance date

  • Late payments, or payment of an insufficient amount will not be accepted an will result in a warrant for your arrest being issued, plus a warrant fee

  • Failure to appear in court as provided by law for the presentation of the offense may result in denied renewal of your driver's license
