What is the address of City Hall?

City Hall is located at 10301 market Street Road, Jacinto City, Texas 77029.

How Do I report a stray or vicious dog?

Vicious dogs can be reported at any time to the police department at 713-672-2455.  Stray dogs are reported to Jacinto City Animal Control at 713-453-741 Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm.  If the dog has bitten or threatened to bite anyone please contact the police immediately.

Can I have my fingerprints done at the police station?

Yes.  Fingerprinting is done everyday until 7pm.  However, you must provide your own print card and there is a fee for the service.

How can I have my property returned to me?

Any property that is available to be released must be done by appointment only.  appointments can be made with the Chief Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

How do I get a copy of an accident report?

Accident reports can be obtained anytime in the lobby of the police department.  There is a fee for each report that must be paid by cash or money order.

How do I get a copy of an arrest or offense report?

Arrest and offense reports require the completion of an open records request form and the submission of the appropriate fee.  The open records request form can be downloaded from the Forms section of this website.  Please complete the form and bring it by the police department for processing.

Does the Jacinto City Police Department have a civilian ride-along program?

Yes.  However prior to riding with an officer, the civilian must complete the appropriate paperwork for approval.  The paperwork must be APPROVED prior to any ride-along.

What are the visitation hours at the jail?

Visitation is from 9am - 11am only. In order to visit a prisoner you must bring valid identification.
